I had booked to have lip fillers. Charley pointed out I had migration and she wouldn't be happy to put filler on top of migration,as I wouldn't be happy with the results and it was morally wrong. After being informed of the best way forward, I got my lips dissolved and am looking forward to getting filler back soon. Very professional and informative. They really do want the best for their clients and I am so thankful.

I had my lip filler done yesterday by Jamie. I told her to do what she thinks as she is amazing. Really happy with my lips so natural looking which is exactly what I wanted. Very informative with aftercare and given a leaflet incase you forget. She’s very calming and friendly which makes it so much easier and a more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. Thank you! ☺️

Had a leg wax here today and honestly couldn’t fault it. The salon is lovely, clean and welcoming, and I felt comfortable with Kerry from the moment I walked in. 2nd PRP treatment for the hair with Francesca. As befoee, 110%, numerous bottles of liquid gold (plasma) extracted and then injected into my scalp -which I was very grateful for! 😍 Lots of attention to detail too, including extra microneedling where Francesca thought it might benefit a little more! So glad I came across FacesbyFrancesca- tried PRP in the past with others but not like this level of detail! Will keep going! Update: - Little hairs visibly seen and growing - condition of hair seems healthier too. - hair feels a little more volumised when freshly washed.
