I enjoyed my second visit to this salon, my therapist was Ana. A very professional, knowledgeable young lady. Full body Swedish Massage Express Facial Eyelash Tint I would highly recommend these treatments and Ana. ***** five stars for a great experience.

I love Fran, she is very skilled at her profession and at making me feel welcome. I would say most salons have a similar feeling to going to a gym, but Fran and Toni both made the experience fabulous for me

Laura was really knowledgeable and recommended lots of products both during and after the treatment and included some samples to take away and try. The only observation/downside was there was a lot of noise from the next room (unsure if a staff room) I didn’t mind personally as I was chatting away during my treatment but it would have been hard to relax if I wanted a quiet and relaxing treatment so just a pity the treatment rooms are not sound proofed.

I recently had lip filler and Botox completed by Sarah and it looks great! I have had many treatments at Serene Clinic and each time Sarah fully explains the process and proves knowledgable in her training. I won’t go anywhere else!

Sarah is really professional and knowledgeable and takes the time to look at what you need. She loves what she does and that comes across in my treatments, I trust her advice about treatments to have and what you can do at home as well. She won’t let you do anything if it’s not in your interests, is lovely to have treatments with and you can tell she really values her clients.
