The treatments and services are excellent, and you can really tell how knowledgeable and skilled the team are. Every member of staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming, which instantly puts you at ease. They take the time to explain everything clearly and offer great advice, especially when it comes to aftercare, so you feel fully supported even after you leave the salon. My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Absolutely fantastic relaxing afternoon and my first time at the new salon. Such a lovely space. I had a hot stone massage with Nicole and the dermaplaning with LED light therapy. Skin looks and feels amazing and the LED is so relaxing I fell asleep within a few minutes.

As always amazing...There were moments, I'm not going to lie, where I saw a bright white light and seriously considered my life choices . I may have also made a silent vow to finally learn how to properly stretch. My involuntary vocalizations ranged from polite whimpers to sounds I haven't made since that time I stubbed my toe on the coffee table in the dark. The sheer agony was almost... majestic? Like witnessing a particularly violent but ultimately necessary thunderstorm. When it was finally over, I felt like I'd been tenderized for a very fancy, albeit slightly traumating dinner.

Excellent treatment today with Ellie! Revitalising Foot Spa Ritual, Mineral Soak, Whole Health Compass Reflection, Shiatsu-Massage with LED Light Therapy & Sound Healing Very comfortable surroundings, great welcome, peaceful.

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

My first experience of a full infrared and red light sauna was better than expected, in that I can be a little restless in normal saunas, but this was an easy, calm and relaxing 30 minutes - even being able to manage slightly longer under the cold water shower was a surprise to me.
