Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

I just experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening disguised as a deep-tissue massage. I went in feeling like a slightly crumpled houseplant and emerged feeling like I'd gone ten rounds with a particularly enthusiastic badger. Let's be clear, the therapist clearly knew their stuff. They found knots I didn't even know existed. I'm pretty sure they unearthed some ancient tension dating back to the invention of the wheel. Each press, each knead, felt like a tiny exorcism of strimmediately by the agonizing release where I had to fight to not gravitate to the light..

Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Introductory consultation. Mikaela was friendly and knowledgeable - and able to answer my questions. I understand the treatment regime she suggested.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

I had an express hydro facial and the whole experience was a delight! Kasha has such a beautiful energy and always ensures that you are ok. My skin feels amazing and I 100% recommend this treatment and her clinic in general, this is my second time with her and I already booked my third appointment 🤭

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Kasha is so knowledgeable and was honest about what would work best to achieve the results I wanted. I was a little worried about the pain especially with the tear trough filler but I didn’t feel a thing! The clinic as a whole is stunning, professional and welcoming 🫶🏼
