Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

Always lovely to visit The Venue, the staff are always so friendly! I was in for an IPL light therapy treatment on their new Harmony machine, I can’t wait to see the results. I’ve booked a course of treatments and I’m excited to get rid of my rosacea. Thank you so much for looking after me.

It was my first time getting lip filler so was a bit nervous. But Alisha,as always, put my mind at rest! She gave me all the information I needed and made me feel nice and relaxed. I told her what I was looking for in results and she nailed it! Would highly recommend Alisha! X

Lydia was amazing. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and I called up to say I was going to be late. She still did an eyebrow wax for me. Amazing lady and an amazing eyebrow wax. Will be going back to her again.

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

I have just had the most phenomenal Cool Lifting Facial with the wonderful Sarah…honestly the best facial I have ever experienced! Sarah is such a knowledgeable therapist and I am blown away with how my skin looks. Definitely a treatment I would book again and I will be recommending.

Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

I had an express hydro facial and the whole experience was a delight! Kasha has such a beautiful energy and always ensures that you are ok. My skin feels amazing and I 100% recommend this treatment and her clinic in general, this is my second time with her and I already booked my third appointment 🤭

Great parking, Dominique delightful, great wax treatment

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.

All the staff are very friendly and Carla is v knowledgeable about skincare and a mine of information. Also feel as if she has her client’s best interests at heart rather than making you buy stuff you don’t need! Highly recommend. Hydra facial was lovely.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Kasha is so knowledgeable and was honest about what would work best to achieve the results I wanted. I was a little worried about the pain especially with the tear trough filler but I didn’t feel a thing! The clinic as a whole is stunning, professional and welcoming 🫶🏼
