Emily is extremely knowledgeable and has a tailored approach every single time. She takes time to listen and understand what you want to achieve and what your issues might be. And her facials and recommendations for at home have always been spot on. Also her treatments feel like spa! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Absolute wonderful facial and hot stone massage with Victoria. Wow she is so knowledgeable and honestly was so incredible helpful. Will definitely be returning. Great room so relaxing with food refreshments. First microneedling facial ever and loved it!!!

Genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had! I didn’t even realise but I had SO much tension in my jaw and I honestly walked out feeling as light as a feather! Didi was SO lovely, the most calm energy and so warm and open, at one point during the jaw massage I felt my whole body release and I honestly walked out floating! 10/10 can’t recommend enough I will be gifting this to all my friends and family it was amazing - thank you Didi 💛

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment with Didi! She released so much tension in the right side of my face and neck and it’s feels so much more comfortable. Such a wonderful experience and felt in such safe, knowledgeable and experienced hands. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. I have been to a number of places across London for a lash lift and tint, but they do not come close to Emily. The clinic is gorgeous, Emily is always warm, friendly and attentive. She has an amazing attention to detail and knowledge on all things skin and beauty. I look forward to my appointments. All of my friends also go to Emily, I feel lucky to have found her. Thank you!

Victoria was everything I was seeking and more. From the moment I had my first treatment session with her, she was nothing but honest, open and made me feel super comfortable. She spent her personal time guiding me through my skincare products and we even threw some away because Victoria definitely knows what she’s talking about. She utilises the time of your treatment to the best of her ability and does an amazing job at guiding you what’s suitable for your skin and the procedures she carries out. Her motions are fluid and I wish they never stop most of the time. I highly recommend Victoria!

My microblading with Emily was a joy. Her practice is immaculate and yet still relaxing and spa-like. Emily was so professional taking me through the whole process and answering all my questions, whilst giving me time to consider my options. During the treatments I felt very taken care of and listened to, and Emily is so lovely to chat to. I would book appointments just to come back and have a good natter! Not to mention the fact that she's so skilled and clearly loves what she does.

Emily is absolutely fabulous. I have had three micro-needling sessions and each one has been better than the last! She is so knowledgable giving great recommendations to my current skincare regime, makes me very confident in the procedure (which some could find quite daunting!) and I have seen amazing results. On top of all that, she is such a joy to chat to and has fabulous customer service. The whole experience is such a pleasure - especially from someone who is quite picky about their skincare. Didi has created such a warm cocoon of a treatment room in which to receive an incredible facial experience. Her hands find tension and manage to soften, soothe and relax the fascia, muscles and nervous system. Smells from her potions and lotions delight the senses and she truly does magic. Go and find her in Merton Abbey Mills London highly recommended

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Didi was as lovely and talented as ever, the new LED add on was really relaxing as well. Never want to leave the couch and time flies by despite treatment add ons.

Every time I am having facial with Victoria, I am so exited, because I know I will get the top quality! Her hands do miracles! I came down for an intraoral facial. I must say was out of this world and dreamy. I had a lot of stress and tension in my face and Didi was able to completely relax me and iron out all the tight areas in my jaw and cheeks. I left feeling lighter and brand new and slept like a baby that night. Didi is very professional and has a magic touch when it comes to facial massage.
