It’s not my first time in the saloon, I had hyaluronic acid fillers in the past and loved the results. I also had HIFU and in my last visit I had nose to mouth bio fillers. The ladies are incredible, super knowledgable and professional. Natalie is going to make you feel the prettiest girl! She explains step by step what she is doing and makes sure you are feeling confortable. I’m very happy with my face! I wanted to look fresh for my wedding but not over the top. They are the best 🫶🏽 I cannot recommend them enough !

Sam was so nice and gentle, she has the loveliest "assistants", her two dogs Coco and Macy. As an Indian, I did have a lot of hair but that only made her excited to work on me. I was getting waxed after about 3 years and her touch was so soft that it didn't hurt much! There were a few spots that she missed but when I told her about them, she fixed them instantly. I'm definitely going back! :)

Viktorija is very pleasant, pasionated ,caring, rich with professional knowledge of what she does as beautician and that's just great! She's sharing knowledge with You too either You just nosy to find out or You going to more deep conversation about the beauty and it's not all. I've had many waxes over the years, good and bad. Sam is excellent at her job. She always sees me on time, does an excellent wax with minimal discomfort and is warm and friendly. I won't go anywhere else

Amazing as usual, was a bit nervous as never had a skin peel or light therapy before but Kiara was brilliant. My skin feels more healthy already and has a lovely glow

Jasmine was great the gel removal and manicure was good. Only thing is I wasn’t sure re tool used to remove gel as it’s usually different. The glitter on gels is nice but it’s catching a bit on some nails which is slightly irritating.

Was very impressed with the massage (back, shoulder, head) and also the sauna treatment. I had booked for the sauna treatment to be on another day by mistake which I hadn't realised at the time I booked this but the manager/staff were most accommodating and as no-one was booked in the sauna allowed me to use it after my massage and cancelled my other booking. Very impressed and the therapist was so pleasant and nice. Will be returning. The only very slight criticism is the shower area is quite cramped and could maybe do with updating. The sauna however and treatment room was spotless.
