Emily is extremely knowledgeable and has a tailored approach every single time. She takes time to listen and understand what you want to achieve and what your issues might be. And her facials and recommendations for at home have always been spot on. Also her treatments feel like spa! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Absolute wonderful facial and hot stone massage with Victoria. Wow she is so knowledgeable and honestly was so incredible helpful. Will definitely be returning. Great room so relaxing with food refreshments. First microneedling facial ever and loved it!!!

Genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had! I didn’t even realise but I had SO much tension in my jaw and I honestly walked out feeling as light as a feather! Didi was SO lovely, the most calm energy and so warm and open, at one point during the jaw massage I felt my whole body release and I honestly walked out floating! 10/10 can’t recommend enough I will be gifting this to all my friends and family it was amazing - thank you Didi 💛

I had a relaxing time with Cheryl, who did my Hydrafacial the other day. It felt like getting a facial and a massage in one. My face felt lighter and looked clearer after the facial. I’ll definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great facial treatment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment with Didi! She released so much tension in the right side of my face and neck and it’s feels so much more comfortable. Such a wonderful experience and felt in such safe, knowledgeable and experienced hands. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. I have been to a number of places across London for a lash lift and tint, but they do not come close to Emily. The clinic is gorgeous, Emily is always warm, friendly and attentive. She has an amazing attention to detail and knowledge on all things skin and beauty. I look forward to my appointments. I recently visited Cheryl at her beauty salon and had a wonderful experience getting PRP Treatment and LVL lashes. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable about the various treatments on offer, making me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. The facial left my skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated, and I loved that the PRP treatment uses my body's own natural healing processes to rejuvenate my skin. Had a great pedicure at Sanya Spa today, both Ellie and the receptionist were extremely affable, professional and made the whole experience enjoyable. The only slight gripe was the emails I got beforehand asking for advance payment.

Amazing experience at Hawkins clinic. Customer service of the highest level throughout, from the time of entering the clinic till you leave.
