I always come away from reflexology with Carla floating on a cloud. She has such a calm, kind aura & truly healing hands. She is incredibly knowledgable & gives bespoke advice on the areas she identifies each treatment & she creates a very safe sanctuary in which you can totally relax & unwind. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. I have been to a number of places across London for a lash lift and tint, but they do not come close to Emily. The clinic is gorgeous, Emily is always warm, friendly and attentive. She has an amazing attention to detail and knowledge on all things skin and beauty. I look forward to my appointments. Miriem went the extra mile, as usual. She gave my face a gentle exfoliation and stimulating massage, before finishing off with a quick LED light therapy session to bring out the best result from my previous microneedling treatment, which also went perfectly, thanks to her knowledge, care, and meticulousness.

Genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had! I didn’t even realise but I had SO much tension in my jaw and I honestly walked out feeling as light as a feather! Didi was SO lovely, the most calm energy and so warm and open, at one point during the jaw massage I felt my whole body release and I honestly walked out floating! 10/10 can’t recommend enough I will be gifting this to all my friends and family it was amazing - thank you Didi 💛

I recently visited Cheryl at her beauty salon and had a wonderful experience getting PRP Treatment and LVL lashes. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable about the various treatments on offer, making me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. The facial left my skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated, and I loved that the PRP treatment uses my body's own natural healing processes to rejuvenate my skin. Loved my facial with Libby. She tailored the service exactly to my needs and preferences and was really knowledgeable about each issue. The massage techniques were perfect. She gave me lots of free and realistic advice at the end. It was so relaxing I actually dropped off at one point!

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Didi was as lovely and talented as ever, the new LED add on was really relaxing as well. Never want to leave the couch and time flies by despite treatment add ons.
