I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. I would highly, highly recommend booking a treatment - you won’t regret it!

I always come away from reflexology with Carla floating on a cloud. She has such a calm, kind aura & truly healing hands. She is incredibly knowledgable & gives bespoke advice on the areas she identifies each treatment & she creates a very safe sanctuary in which you can totally relax & unwind. The team here were amazing as always! I normally book in for massages but most recently I had booked a double pedicure appointment for myself and a friend as part of my birthday celebrations. I was having trouble booking online as I normally would so called up to ask if it was possible to get booked in. They normally only have one pedicure station set up, but made a point of resetting the space to create a little 2 person station, with prosecco and cupcakes. They even had a little birthday gift for me which was just the sweetest gesture! Pedicures, amazing. Service OUTSTANDING!

Miriem went the extra mile, as usual. Ewa is a mix of a genius and a healer! She is so highly skilled and trustworthy in this very delicate work. She has had an excellent grasp of the conditions my family and I have presented with at different times, and her skill in delivering the treatment is of a different level. In addition, she makes what looks like a really painful treatment bearable with her easygoing manner and humour. She delivers the treatment with warmth and care, and that's why, even after relocating elsewhere in the country, I will keep coming back to Ewa! She is outstanding and I highly, highly recommend her!
