After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. I had an hydrofacial and it was perfect, every step explained and my skin looks so much better!

This was my second visit to the salon, and once again, I am absolutely blown away! I came in for refresh highlights and Slavic hair extensions, and the results are stunning , truly the best quality hair extensions I’ve found in London in a long while and at a very reasonable price. The extensions blend flawlessly, and the highlights gave my hair such a fresh, radiant look! A huge thank you to Nina, who is honestly SO talented. Her attention to detail and passion for ethically sourced hair extensions is out of this world! I’m so glad I found this gem of a salon highly recommended

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Best therapists in London. I had a fat reduction massage treatment around the stomach area. I always leave with tighter skin and a firm stomach.

The service is excellent. I always enjoy my treatments with Brooke. I’ve already had a few treatments and will definitely continue. Brooke treats the face with such gentleness and care; she is very professional and creates an environment where you can fully relax and rejuvenate. I always leave feeling complete and confident in my skin.

This salon does my nails better than any other i have tried in London!

Anne-Marie is very professional and caring, as always. I come to London periodically, but I always wait to have the chance to go to Rose & River for my beauty treatment of choice.

A wonderful pedicure! Boni was very gentle and thorough leaving my feet looking and feeling fabulous! I got a full hour with her then her team took over to ensure the nails were as dry as possible before I left, I was asked to stay with feet in a blow dryer for an extra 30 mins, they made tea to ensure I was happy and comfortable. Such care and attention to detail I haven’t experienced before. 10/10
