I cannot sing Hasna’s praises enough! She is an absolute angel. Not only did she do an exceptional job with my wax, but she also shared so many helpful beauty tips and valuable life insights. I genuinely felt so comfortable in her care, and by the end of the appointment, it felt like I had made a new friend. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service experience I have ever received. Hasna deserves all the recognition in the world for the care, kindness, and professionalism she brings to her work. The rest of the staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. Alex has been fantastic throughout my treatment journey. He is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, he listens. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
