I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Jake is an absolute gem of a human being. I can tell he’s been in the game since before half of us even knew what a lash lift was. 😂 The man’s got hands blessed by the beauty gods and a heart to match. Not only did he make my lashes and brows look flawless (like, main-character energy flawless), but he made the whole appointment feel like a mini therapy session with jokes and wisdom sprinkled in. He’s a walking masterclass in his craft and somehow also my favorite new friend. Your lashes will thank you, your brows will thank you, and honestly, your soul might thank you too. 💕

Jaelyn is the best lash tech ever! Not only did she accommodate to any and all of my needs, but she kept the entire visit so fun. She is so sweet and friendly, was the BEST hype girl, and my experiences with her are always the best. There is no one i would rather go to for any lash service. Its been ten days, my lashes look fantastic and i could not count how many compliments i have gotten. Strangers will approach me on the street and tell me how gorgeous and cute my lashes are! Mani, Pedi followed by full facial, brow wax and relaxing massage followed by lash lift. All the while laying on on heated bed under weight blanket Relaxing music playing softly with no background disturbances, perfect way to begin the weekend and in good hands and company all the entire afternoon, really worth trying highly recommend this service at Flo by Natalie.
