Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

FLO has been my top choice for nails and hair removal for almost four years now. Every time I have an appointment, I am fully satisfied with my time. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Lydia is an incredible nail tech and always makes my nails look and feel incredible.

First time doing my brows yesterday with twinkle, she is so good at what she does. Extremely thorough, asks how you want your brows to look then shows you the “mapping” before she does the work. I am so so happy with her service. She is prompt, kind and the price is reasonable. I will definitely be back!!!

I'm so happy with the results of my brow trio service! This includes lamination, tinting, and shaping. I also opted the brow mapping add-on (trust me, it's worth it!) It was so cool to go through the process and learn more about my brows through the service. Twinkle is super kind and lovely to work with. Her online booking system is super user friendly, and she goes through the steps with you to understand what is happening. The mapping was the coolest part, seeing all the thought that goes into evening out the brows. I cannot stop looking in the mirror!! ❤️

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

Trusting someone with your face is so scary but she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, patient, and really listened to my concerns. My facial left my skin feeling calm, refreshed, and glowing with no irritation at all. She also did my eyebrows beautifully — they looked so clean, natural, and suited my face perfectly. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You can truly tell how much care and attention she puts into her work.
