I had my first appointment with Louise at The Beauty Lounge and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish ✨ Louise made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well. It was my first time getting my brows treated, so I was quite trepidatious to say the least. Grace took the time to explain the different options that were available and I felt quite reassured that I would be well looked after. It was much appreciated. For the time and care she took for my brow/lash colour, I believe the treatment was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.
