Fantastic friendly service and excellent quality lashes. I felt totally reassured care was being taken to follow Covid safety guidelines and I was given lots of useful information about eyelash extensions. I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

Daria is doing my lashes for very long time. Never been disappointed. She is experienced in her field always looking for new styles and trends, ready to advise what kind of style of lashes are mostly suitable. I get so many compliments on my lashes! All girls working at London Lash Lounge are professional and nice. Highly recommended!

Had my first visit with Milla and was a little worried as I requested specific an uncommon J curl lash and lengths in a style called "cat eyes" and she exceeded my expectations! WOW she did an amazing job!. VERY happy! She also suggested i have my brows tinted - this I was quite nervous about but after I saw her lash job I just decided to trust her - she did a great job on them as well! My last girl stopped doing lashes but I am really happy to find Milla - she is my new girl! HIGHLY recommend!

Nadia knows her craft! She expertly removed my lash extensions before applying a fresh full set of hybrid lashes. Nadia works very carefully and methodically. The removal process was seamless without irritation. Nadia has a light hand and one can hardly feel the extensions being added. She also did a wonderful job with my natural nails. The salon is clean and l always assess a salon by how clean the lavatory is.l- it was spotless. The staff are welcoming and helpful too. The price point is a bit high, but you get what you pay for. A clean salon speaks volumes- Leon does not disappoint x

I have been coming to Bella for over 5years now and she is the best ever. I haven’t ever gone anymore else or ‘cheated’. She has always been very kind and patient towards the fact I’m a lash picker. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my eyes! She is honestly Picasso in what she does! She helps keep my confidence high and my lashes are always so amazing. Xx

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.

Staff is very lovely, professional and friendly. I came in today for a gel extension nail set and got seated with the amazing lady Nadia. I am a very picky and precise person when it comes to nails and she has done them absolutely perfectly- with all the exact details I wanted- and put them into reality !! She knew exactly what she was doing not a single cuticle cut like I’ve had in other salons. All the other staff where smiling and making me feel like I was part of their big family that they’ve built :) I highly recommend and 100% I’m coming back, and not going anywhere else !!

I love my lash treatments with Naomi! On the very first session, she made me feel super comfortable and allowed me to pause and look at progress so I could give her my thoughts on length and shape as it was the first time she was working with me, which is something not many lash techs would do. My lashes naturally shed very quickly, but Naomi has always worked with me to try different solutions to extend their life span. Finally, the lashes are of great quality, look amazing and she applies them as they should be done, so they feel itchy when growing out. It’s why I keep coming back!
