After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. Amazing!! Been coming to get my lashes done from this amazing woman for about a year now. She's lovely and so polite and anything you want or need she can help out with. The lash retention (2weeks+) is amazing!! And my eyes are never irritated and my lashes always look full and lovely the time she's finished xx
