I’ve been going to the beauty refinery for eyebrows and eyelashes and they’re the best! They’re so kind and so an incredible job. They also take you in right away at your appointment time and you never have to wait!

I have been visiting here for years and it still the has the best, friendliest and dedicated staff. They do an amazing job here. I would highly recommend them. Whether it's for nails, pedicure, massage and lots more. You must try them out for yourself and see their excellent service for yourself.

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Jenny does the best personalised massage, I carry all my tension in my shoulders, neck and head, and I always walk out of there floating. Jenyy is the best.

I visited the Guild Rooms for gel nail extensions for the first time and had a fabulous appointment. I’ve had my nails done at a number of different salons and can honestly say Kawal has done them the best! She was so lovely and meticulous and they are absolutely beautiful.
