Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. I would definitely recommend Grace and will be booking again! 💕

Absolutely love my treatments this afternoon 💅✨ I had a lash lift, brow tint, & nails done — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was amazing, everything was done so professionally, & the whole experience felt really relaxing. My lashes look lifted and defined, my brows are perfectly shaped and tinted, and my nails are flawless. You can tell the girls really take pride in their work. Such a lovely, friendly atmosphere too — I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and leave feeling your best 💖

Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou

First time visiting for treatments I booked lash lift & tint, henna brows, gel manicure & footlogix luxury pedicure. I’m IN LOVE with my lashes first time having lash lift and they look so much better then I imagined! My brows are on point! First time having a luxury pedicure and it didn’t disappoint! Nails look beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much to Sylvia I feel great!! The staff are very professional and make sure everything is clean. I’ll be rebooking in for more treatments very soon!

Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

1st time having my lashes done with Kimberley I loved how relaxing the treatment room was & how lovely Kimberley was I hadn’t had lashes in ages so I was unsure wat I actually wanted with length & volume etc so I left it all in her hands what to do & I honestly couldn’t of been any happier.
