Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. First time visiting for treatments I booked lash lift & tint, henna brows, gel manicure & footlogix luxury pedicure. I’m IN LOVE with my lashes first time having lash lift and they look so much better then I imagined! My brows are on point! First time having a luxury pedicure and it didn’t disappoint! Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile.
