Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Had lashes done with Tequila, best lashes ive had done. Last me ages even when i go for infills its not really needed. Beautiful salon an beautiful lady. Makes you feel very comfortable. Wont go anywhere else!! Client for life. Xx

First time visiting for treatments I booked lash lift & tint, henna brows, gel manicure & footlogix luxury pedicure. I’m IN LOVE with my lashes first time having lash lift and they look so much better then I imagined! My brows are on point! First time having a luxury pedicure and it didn’t disappoint! Nails look beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much to Sylvia I feel great!! The staff are very professional and make sure everything is clean. I’ll be rebooking in for more treatments very soon!

Monique is simply the best stylist in Leicester. Excellent cut, understands how to suit the cut to the customer .

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Simply the best masseuse in Leicester.

I had my eyelashes done before my hen night and again before my wedding. I had so my compliments after the first session on how good they looked. My wedding lashes were amazing and they lasted all through my honeymoon as well. I'd highly recommend getting your lashes with Emma she's fantastic!

Best experience i had in Leicester. Got my waxing done from minal. Will surely visit again soon.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Sade is really talented at lashes and brows- love the look of my lash lift and my brow tint. My brows look so much fuller! However, I have to say my appointment was 3pm, I was there at 2.55pm, but Sade was still busy with her nail client and I was left waiting for 30 minutes. Not Sade's fault if another client was booked in near my appointment, there was no way she could've finished the client on time. I kept being told she wouldn't be too long but it was 30 minutes. I would've appreciated being offered a drink whilst I waited or a small discount as my treatment was £49.

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and I hope others will also come and experience this pleasant massage with Joanna. Come and see yourself! Thanks Joanna for making me feel so relaxed and my back not tight anymore :)

Lovely place. Staff are lovely. I forgot the ladies name but she did my eyebrows better than anyone I’ve been to in Leicester.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this salon. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a classy yet affordable beauty services in Leicester. By far this is the best salon experience I ever had. Keep up the good work . Cheers
