I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Fantastic experience with Morgane! I was really curious how mobile lash service would work and she put all my worries at ease! She was friendly, professional and most importantly her technique is flawless. I’ve had my lashes done at a lot of different places but I would actually say she has been the best. None of the lashes stuck, they weren’t clumpy or lumps of glue. Smooth and beautiful and exactly what I asked for. As an added bonus she gave me some great information about lash lifts and was extremely knowledgeable about lash artistry. Excited to continue my services with her!

I moved to Vancouver in April and struggled to find a good lash technician that is also affordable! Palak is amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed getting my lashes done. She is so gentle and did them exactly the way I wanted. I will only be going to her so my lashes from now on!

Love Morgane she is the absolute best lash artist I have ever experienced! You would be blessed to come across her and have her as your lash artist…she is a pioneer in the Vancouver lash industry, she is always up to date with celebrity lash looks, and she honestly can achieve any lash look you desire! She is usually booked for a month in advance, but she is so worth it!

Always the best nail salon in Vancouver

My gel manicure experience with Sydney was great -- she is fun to talk to and did a lovely job on my nails. However, the online booking system did not work as it was supposed to and my appointment was changed to the West Point Grey location from the Broadway location. There were attempts to reach me but those were just minutes before the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make the change, but I hope that will not happen again in future with the online booking system.

Honestly, Morgane is the Best Lash Artist in the City! Sooo happy with her lash extensions and her lash lifts! Her lash lifts stay lifted for super long unlike others and she always achieves the best lash look for me! She honestly can give you celebrity-look lash extensions…her quality of work is amazing and also I can tell she uses high-quality products (light and luxurious lashes with high grade adhesives). She also has the best customer service…she is very kind, caring and friendly! She is extremely experienced and is also a Lash Trainer/Mentor. I have to book at least a month in advance!

Morgane was so wonderful and professional and the set lasted FOREVER! Never failed. Made me feel great with or without makeup.
