I love Venuka doing my eyelashes but getting extremely frustrated that when I book to see her that when I get there that she’s not working & I get another lady wanting to charge me more. It’s like when you go to a hairdresser you have the one you normally see. I work my work around these appointments- and I have now been stuffed around because of this. Please check these requests when you are rostering or have the same ladies work the same days. I really don’t want to go elsewhere but I can’t afford to bring stuffed around anymore. Thanks

I can’t thank John enough for fixing my eyelash extensions after a less than happy experience at another salon. I walked in feeling emotional and anxious, and he immediately made me feel heard and at ease. The lashes he gave me are stunning and so natural, I feel like I was born with them! I left the salon calm, confident, and so happy with the results. If you're looking for someone who truly listens and delivers perfection, this is your person!

She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results were perfect—my brows are beautifully shaped, and the henna tint looks natural and lasts long. Professional, caring and master of her craft I took great notice in how my hair and extensions was treated throughout and it was as if it was the hairdressers own hair the care she poured into it ! I had my first set of eyelash extensions done at Nova Beauty Charlestown and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The studio has such a calm, relaxing vibe that made me feel at ease right away. Elisha was fantastic! So knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm completely in love with my lashes, they look natural, full, and flawless. I’ve had so many compliments already. Highly recommend!

I just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes curled and tinted, it was so relaxing in the reclining chair I nearly fell asleep! They have a nice location in the shopping centre away from the busy food court. The lady there was lovely too. 🙂

In my professional opinion, Maddy excels in performing eyelash extensions in Newcastle. It is worth noting that she is consistently fully booked. I have been a loyal client of hers for a decade, and I cannot imagine seeking services elsewhere.
