I had laser treatments on my chin and upper lip with Roxane, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain the treatment and set realistic expectations about the results. I really appreciate that she never pressures you into buying additional treatments or services. Instead, she gives honest advice about what will and won't work for you. Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back
