Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!

Dané was super helpful and reassuring during my first laser hair removal session. I was so surprised how pain-free it was. I can’t comment on the results yet as I’m only one session in, but the experience so far has been great.

Very good infact it was my very first time having a wax and laser done and I would recommend Beauty Affinity to everyone. The service with the lady was awesome and made you feel at home.
