No matter which person attends you, they are all very professional and use great techniques to ensure the pain is at minimum when waxing or threading. The level of expertise is apparent when the whole process finishes, I have been numerous times and will continue as they are one of the very best around the South West London area. I travel from Morden to tooting but i know lots of others travelling far to get here!

She provides a service that is much more tailored to the specific client's needs than the laser chains. I would recommend investing your time and money with this clinic before paying for mediocre sessions at the bigger chains.

Had a really nice experience at the Fulham branch. Took my daughter for a treat day and it was very relaxing and also informative when doing the scalp analysis. The ladies were very nice and welcoming and explained everything to us. My hair was so soft at the end! It was a very nice pamper session and I would definitely recommend it.

Ive been getting laser hair removal with Naomi for the past 2 years and honestly, I don't know how she makes something so up close and personal feel so chill. She does my whole body.. all the bits :) and somehow manages to keep it professional, respectful, and even kind of fun. My skin always feels ridiculously soft afterwards, she's got the perfect balance of “this is a medical treatment” and “we’re just two girls chatting while I zap your hair follicles.” If you’re thinking about laser but nervous about the awkwardness – don’t be. Naomi is the best!
