Always a fantastic experience at the gym! The staff are amazing. The gym is easily my favourite beauty spot in Adelaide, although I'm really excited about trying Elara.

I was in Adelaide for a few days and wasn’t planning a hair makeover but now am so glad I did it. The experience was perfect from beginning to end. My hair looks and feels amazing…. The colour, the cut, the treatment and the styling were all 10/10! I couldn’t have asked for a better result, super happy all round. Already planning my next trip to Adelaide….first stop Imperio Beauty Salon!!!

I love every session I do with the red light therapy bed. After two sessions in a week, it's significantly helped fade a wax burn I gave myself on my upper lip!

Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session

Had my first Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with Jojo and it was amazing! Not only did I feel lighter in my body right after the session, but when I caught up with my bestie a few days later, she commented that she noticed my neck and arms were noticeably slimmer as well. I wasn't expecting that but was so nice to hear the physical results were noticeable too! I'm definitely going to make this a regular part of my Gym Junkie membership 🥰

Highly recommend! The atmosphere is lovely, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Love my haircut, and after doing the laser and hair botox treatment my hair looks healthy and shiny. I will definitely be coming back.

I had never had any sort of massage before my experience at "The Gym", and specifically with Monique, was nothing short of life changing. I have never felt so relaxed. The staff are all lovely and Monique did a great job making me feel comfortable and talking me through what would happen as a first timer. The massage itself was luxurious, I felt like I was floating as the tension just melted away. I will definitely be back!

Kelbya has 25 years of experience in cut and colour, and it absolutely shows. My hair was feeling dull and in need of a refresh, and Kelbya gave me the best hair colour I’ve ever had. Kelbya has decades of experience as a hairdresser and it absolutely shows. She handled my thick straight hair super well, closely following the reference images I showed her. She wouldn't let me leave until she had perfected the haircut! Apart from the hairdressing service, she also offered me drinks and some snacks as wel, which was lovelyl. I'll definitely be a repeat customer :)
