Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. See you in April 2022 for Manchester Marathon round 2 😁 thank you!

I had a great first experience at The Cryo Lab - the team was very friendly and was able to move my appointments in a way that saved me a lot of time and made the experience a lot better. I went for the Cryo chamber, Cryo facial & Body Balancer and I felt like a new woman afterwards, couldn't recommend it more! Martine was amazing and I can't wait for my weekly sessions now!

Always love my treatments at The Cryo Lab, whether it’s the Cryo Chamber, getting a Spray Tan, or having a Cryo Facial. But my favourite is definitely the Body Balancing, it has such great benefits and I get to completely relax and even fall asleep during this treatment. Thank you to Lisa, always looks after me.

My first time having cryo and so glad I came here. So friendly and welcoming, I’ve come for eczema and Lisa put my mind at ease. Only had one session and I feel so calm afterwards haven’t felt itchy. Booked a block of ten I feel hopeful it will help.

We were in Manchester dancing for the week and went twice! It was amazing! The cryotherapy really helped with recovery and the staff were so helpful! Highly recommend!

Went for a Body Ballancer treatment and got the opportunity to try cryotherapy. Loved both. Staff were lovely and helpful. Got a complimentary drink for during the treatment, and there is a TV with Netflix so you won’t get bored. The cryo was awesome. I like being cold and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Felt great afterwards. Booked more treatments mainly to get rid of the bloat after breast reduction surgery and because I just love the cold! 🥶 You can choose the music for cryo and have a boogie if you want to. The packages are good value, if you plan on having more than one treatment.

An absolute must for both mind and body. The infrared sauna combined with cryotherapy is a truly rejuvenating experience. And the endorphin boost from the chamber is the icing on the cake. Thank you Karen for being so warm, welcoming and informative xx

My first cryotherapy session – and I loved it! This was my first time trying cryotherapy, and it honestly went above and beyond what I expected. The space had such a calm, uplifting vibe, and the team were super friendly and attentive — they really took the time to explain everything and make me feel at ease. Afterwards I felt so refreshed, clear-headed, and full of energy. Such a cool (literally!) experience — I’ll definitely be back.

I personally did the infrared sauna and cryo chamber and it was great to actually learn about all the benefits before doing it. Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!
