I’ve left a couple of reviews but honestly I can review every time I go, as previous, suffering chronic back pain and shoulder, neck and head pressure for years, since spinal flow my pain has dwindled to sometimes nothing, i know I have a ways to go but honestly I’m feeling better than I have done for years, I also suffer from vertigo really badly and touch wood I haven’t had it for a year, Catherine always told me “trust in the process” I really do and she has made such a difference to my life, family and colleagues at work notice, to sleep is a big thing for me and I sleep through the night

I have had several treatments with Catherine and have had wonderful results. Upon my initial visit, I was in excruciating pain with a bulging disc in my lumbar spine which was pressed up against nerves. Well, I arrived in agony and left pain free...It was incredible. I have seen Catherine numerous times since then and feel amazing every time. She is very connected to her clients and I always feel safe enough to express vulnerability in her care . I have finally found the best place on the Gold coat for self care. The atmosphere is calming with soothing music, pleasant aroma, very clean and refreshing.
