A great pregnancy massage. I've had a few pregnancy massages and compared to the deep tissue massages I had before pregnancy they didn't really hit the spot. However, this one did, a great combination of about 50% pressure points and 50% massage made a massive difference and released a lot of tension almost immediately that I was struggling to shift. Lots of care taken to make sure I was comfortable with the pregnancy cushion provided (29 weeks) and if there was any part I didn't want massaging/any position I wasn't comfortable in.

I normally go for a Thai massage and hadn’t experienced a Chinese massage before however I read that Yan offers belly massages also for those with abdominal issues. I messaged her & she was extremely helpful & also very understanding when I had to reschedule due to weather conditions. She used different techniques to what I am used to however I instantly felt relief. I truly believe her techniques focuses on getting to the route of the problem rather than just providing temporary relief. I will definitely rebook with her in the future & highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely experience , from start to finish . Ruth is very down to earth , not at all pretentious . So I relaxed really quickly ,and felt in safe hands - the massage was bliss , I had input into the oils that felt right , guidance on which treatment might be most beneficial , and consequently I slept soooo well last night !!
