I always come out a ton lighter. They are friendly and professional. My therapist always knows the area of my body she needs to pay more attention to. They are a good team. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic treatment from Aze and Hugo... I have had my second session of Acupuncture and have always been sceptical about alternative medicines... However, after trying many different modalities for lower back pain, anxiety etc. I am starting to find some ease in my pain.. Long way to go but currently I am starting to feel some enjoyment of life again! x

Az is so caring and an expert in her field. She uses her experience to provide the best for her clients. She listens carefully and has helped me with tight shoulders, lower back pain, sciatica and hand injury to keeping my muscles well maintained with deep tissue sports massages-( thank you Hugo and Az) and acupuncture! i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage. I am suffering from Sciatica. My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some sleep last night for the 1st time in a week. Aze and Hugo are lovely, vwey welcoming and seem very professional & Knowledgeable. Would reccomend giving them a try!

My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense.
