This was an appointment for my daughter to have the keratin treatment, booked with Rosie. The results were fab, Rosie didn't rush, my daughter felt completely comfortable and end result was perfect. Redlocks has a lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend.

The special treatment brought over christmas was surblime. An hour and half of hot stones and botties brillant. Laura was lovely and gave me advise about problem areas and how i could help ease some of the issues. Overall a wonderful experience

My first time at the salon today. It’s cosy, friendly & welcoming which felt good on a grisly rainy morning. I booked with Michael for a keratin smoothing treatment. He had answered a few of my questions beforehand over WhatsApp. Then in the salon he gave me a full consultation about the treatment and potential outcomes. It was very reassuring as I’ve never had a treatment like this before. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. My hair feels so soft and silky. I can now face the winter months without frizzing each time I step out of the door! Thank you!

Michael has been doing my hair amazingly for over 2 years now. My latest visit I mentioned to him that my scalp has been sore, he got his microscope and had a look at my scalp for me, he noticed I could possibly have an infection, gave me the photos and told me to go straight to the pharmacist! I did so and they prescribed me a treatment shampoo and it’s immediately started helping! There is no ends to the knowledge this man has about hair and scalp health!! Can’t thank him enough, so helpful. You’re in safe hands with Michael I can assure you!!

After a very thorough consultation at Redlocks, I had a hair colour. I am absolutely delighted with the results. Callum was my stylist, and this treatment followed a Brazilian Keratin, and a cut last week. I am incredibly happy with the results, and he always goes the extra mile being extremely professional. I look forward to my next appointment in October.

I attended Saturday after rescheduling my keratin appointment due to sickness earlier this month and was taken good care of by the salon owner Jo. I have today since washed my hair for the 1st time post treatment and what a breeze it was to blowdry. I have had so many compliments from family members, friends and work colleagues thank you so much Jo for your hard work and company. I still to this day don’t know who was more excited for the appointment Jo, Sophie my usual stylist or myself. I would 100% recommend this treatment it’s a life changer for all the frizzy curly haired girls out there.
