This was an appointment for my daughter to have the keratin treatment, booked with Rosie. The results were fab, Rosie didn't rush, my daughter felt completely comfortable and end result was perfect. Redlocks has a lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend.

Visited and was supported by Kayleigh, with a cool lifting treatment and eyebrow wax - welcoming, efficient; explained the treatment and how it would feel, talked through everything. Very relaxing, skin on face feels very soft, looks fresh and glowing. Recommended!

I just had the most amazing massage by Kimberley - actually, it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a full body Swedish massage given with such care and consideration to the parts of my body that I needed extra help with. I've come home feeling so much better and so relaxed. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone! And I will. The Venue is a stunning place - spotlessly clean and welcoming. Sasha gave me the most warm and friendly welcome, what a wonderful start :) I will be booking in again soon, not just for a massage, either. I need to go through the whole treatment menu! Thank you xx

Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair, no more frizz and so much easier to manage. It is worth every penny!! Once again Michael has worked his magic. The best in the business!!! After a very thorough consultation at Redlocks, I had a hair colour. I am absolutely delighted with the results. Callum was my stylist, and this treatment followed a Brazilian Keratin, and a cut last week. I am incredibly happy with the results, and he always goes the extra mile being extremely professional. I look forward to my next appointment in October.

Michael has been doing my hair amazingly for over 2 years now. My latest visit I mentioned to him that my scalp has been sore, he got his microscope and had a look at my scalp for me, he noticed I could possibly have an infection, gave me the photos and told me to go straight to the pharmacist! I did so and they prescribed me a treatment shampoo and it’s immediately started helping! There is no ends to the knowledge this man has about hair and scalp health!! Can’t thank him enough, so helpful. You’re in safe hands with Michael I can assure you!!

After seeing an advert online for hair models I booked into gloss in parkstone with the advanced apprentice Alix to be a model. I’ve never had any colour on my hair before and she did balayage at a very good discounted price ! Wow I love my hair ready for my holiday on Monday ! Thank-you so much Alix

The brilliant Julia spent so much time making sure my keratin straightening treatment was the best it could be. Highly recommend this lovely friendly salon.

I attended Saturday after rescheduling my keratin appointment due to sickness earlier this month and was taken good care of by the salon owner Jo. I have today since washed my hair for the 1st time post treatment and what a breeze it was to blowdry. I have had so many compliments from family members, friends and work colleagues thank you so much Jo for your hard work and company. I still to this day don’t know who was more excited for the appointment Jo, Sophie my usual stylist or myself. I would 100% recommend this treatment it’s a life changer for all the frizzy curly haired girls out there.

Michaela got me in last minute for a consultation which was fab, discussed what I wanted done, did my test patch and back out within 15mins. Was so easy to get booked in for for up coming treatment too. 😊
