Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Had highlights, toner& root smudge done today with Ruby & Blow dry with Brooke I’m really pleased with tihe results , really natural looking , I wasn’t sure what I really wanted/needed & Ruby recommended colours which I love , Thankyou Ruby& Brooke amazing as usual xx

Zara-Jade was amazing! My cut and highlights were done to perfection, and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She was incredibly friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I cannot recommend Zara-Jade enough.

I love how Laura does my highlights! I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! Great professional and very friendly service When I’m in Poole (which is quite regular) always go to Suzana. Definitely recommend Thank you for a great wash and blow dry.

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice.
