I had 24 inch extensions fitted by Nik and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Because my natural hair had highlighted tips, he had to custom colour match the extensions to blend seamlessly with my own hair and he absolutely nailed it. I genuinely cannot tell where my natural hair ends & the extensions begin. The blend is flawless and the finish looks so natural and full. He took so much care with the colour match and placement, and the overall result is just beautiful. I’ve had so many compliments already! Thank you so much Nik! I’m super happy with my hair & will definitely back

I spontaneously booked an appointment - on the day - at 8am, and was not only able to get in touch via social media to book straight in having seen an advertised slot become available, but all before Christmas too! I had about (10 inches) cut off according to Sophia and it looks lovely! The 10 minute head massage was just the icing 🧁 Lovely salon, lovely atmosphere, great coffee - and even a sweet treat 🍰

Enjoyed an excellent Caci facial today courtesy of Mandeep. Skin feels and looks invigorated, and the skin / face mask smelled fresh, but subtle. It left my skin feeling well hydrated and extra smooth. Mandeep’s face and neck massages are the icing on the cake. Thank you

After being nominated by my cousin for one of the Random Acts of Kindness blow-dries, I had my appointment with Bethan yesterday and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the whole experience felt like pure luxury. Bethan is incredibly warm and friendly, and the care she puts into everything she does really shines through. She made me feel completely looked after. I’d highly recommend booking a blow-dry with Bethan if you’re in need of a little pick-me-up. NIKO never fails to make me feel fabulous! Whether I’m going for a colour, keratin or blow out he ensure I always leave fully satisfied with my hair. He always gives me top tips and new products to try with my hair to achieve the look I want. I can’t recommend him enough.

Sophia was excellent and really took the time and care to do my hair in the best way possible. I felt very well looked after. She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. She styled my hair in a way that really suited my face shape and I really appreciated her taking the lead when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Absolutely 5* experience from start to finish. Having had a really unpleasant experience and major issues with my colour from another salon I was a bit nervous but there was no need. Nik spent time to consult with me and explained everything as he carried out a full colour correction, I felt reassured and am over the moon! Thank you 🙏🏾🫶🏽
