Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. I have had an excellent service from both of them. Everyone is equally friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for my next booking!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Akhila is simply awesome! I have naturally very curly, dry, frizzy unruly hair. Akhila transformed my hair into smooth, stylish, beautiful locks. Akhila certainly knows her stuff, not only does my hair look like never before, it also made me feel good. I would definitely recommend H.E.R.S salon. I spontaneously booked an appointment - on the day - at 8am, and was not only able to get in touch via social media to book straight in having seen an advertised slot become available, but all before Christmas too! I had about (10 inches) cut off according to Sophia and it looks lovely! The 10 minute head massage was just the icing 🧁 Lovely salon, lovely atmosphere, great coffee - and even a sweet treat 🍰

Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

After being nominated by my cousin for one of the Random Acts of Kindness blow-dries, I had my appointment with Bethan yesterday and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the whole experience felt like pure luxury. Bethan is incredibly warm and friendly, and the care she puts into everything she does really shines through. I traveled all the way from London to Nottingham just to get my hair done by Dorisa again and it was absolutely worth every mile. She always does an amazing job, and this time was no exception. Not only is she incredibly talented and skilled, but she's also one of the friendliest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. I always feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands, and I trust her 100% with my hair. It’s rare to find someone who not only understands your vision but elevates it—and she does that every single time.

Sophia was excellent and really took the time and care to do my hair in the best way possible. I felt very well looked after. She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. She styled my hair in a way that really suited my face shape and I really appreciated her taking the lead when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had.
