This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

After a few negative experiences at other salons over the last year, I was a bit apprehensive before my appointment. However, I am so glad that I trusted no4 and Kerys with my hair as I am completely in love with it! Kerys worked me with to establish exactly what I was after, she asked questions and made sure I was at complete ease. The salon is the most relaxing and comfortable salon I’ve ever been to, right from the moment you step through the door. You are completely looked after and I would recommend No4 to anyone. Bethan was so lovely. I went in for a free wash and blowdry that I won with them and it was fantastic. They made me feel so welcome. A lovely bit of self care, given a drink and snack. Can't recommened this salon enough. Love my hair. Bethan took such care in doing a good job and because of this, I'm coming back next month for a colour service. Thanks ladies :)

What a lovely experience. Reception staff polite and asked if I wanted a drink. Salon had a calm relaxing feel. Tamiera was wonderful, did exactly as I wanted. Hair looks amazing. Just what I needed. Was wanting a new hairdresser after a move to the area, there has been a few hiccups along the way so I am happy to have found a new hairstylist that I can now trust. See you all very soon.

I absolutely love this salon. I used to feel like going to the hairdressers was a bit of a chore, but going to this one definitely isn't. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed, it feels so easy and such an enjoyable experience. I feel like I've had some relaxing me time. Plus Emily is great at what she does. My hair looks and feels amazing. From now on I'm fully converted... i won't go anywhere else.

I had the best experience with Claire! I have EXTREMELY long hair and she was super patient and gentle she gave me exactly what I asked for and gave her professional advice and tips whenever needed! I would definitely recommend! Overall the salon is extremely clean and beautiful and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy! ❤️

Hair cut itself was fantastic - really happy with it and great value for money! Also the salon was clean and a nice space to be in. Would recommend a couple of things to take it from good to great: 1. I was left unattended at the entrance for over 10 minutes after my appointment began. Please just have someone welcome customers for a better experience 2. Little things like offering a drink on arrival would make a huge difference. The above being said I would definitely come here again!

From the minute I stepped in the door I was greeted with such warmth. I had a blow dry & head massage with Michelle. She made me feel amazing, she was kind & chatted to me like an old friend. What you are doing with the salon is amazing, you are picking women up when they need it most. It’s not just a treatment it’s a time for just them & for self care which many including me don’t schedule time in for. Improving women’s mental health one blow dry & head massage at a time. Thank you so much my hair looks & smells incredible. My MH battery is also fully charged again 🩷

Kerys is just fantastic! She gave me exactly what I asked for - in fact, she gave me better! I get nothing but compliments about my hair, after a visit to No. 4. The salon itself is lovely as well. You always receive a warm welcome when you walk in the door.
