Mandeep is a real professional at her work. Provides clear information about the treatment (both prior to and during the session), explains why something does or doesn't suit your skin. Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely warm and welcoming place, with some parking outside which is always great for me as I have a disability. Even managed to fit in a patch test ready for when I return for an LVL next time! Staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my treatment (wax) also - you definitely have a returning customer in me! 🫶🏼 xx

WOW.!! Left the salon with non frizzy straight smooth hair, feel like a new person… As usual excellent service provided, very professional in the sense of the treatment being explained to me and how to look after it to get the best results, I’ve used other hair salons and they don’t go into so much depth, Dorisa explained everything throughly. Recommend Botox to anyone and everyone especially at malyage. Dorisa was amazing and patient through a long service. My hair feels the best it’s ever felt and is so silky and soft. After years of bleaching finally a treatment and service that makes my hair brand new again. Can’t thank Dorisa enough for her patience with my hair. Still have amazing volume and lift and my hair isn’t flat at all which is what I was worried about will definitely be back again and again !!!

Dorisa took her time to get to know my hair, it’s condition and also gave me some great trips as to where I was going wrong! A lovely head massage whilst she washed and conditioned my hair followed by a nice trim and beautiful blow dry. I’ve brought the SNI package of hair treatment products, look forward to my hair strengthening and growth journey. I love visiting this salon, the staff are like family to one another and I always get a lovely cappuccino with a sweet treat from the team. 😊

After trying over ten different places , I have now found what I was looking for. Absolute amazing service. Super professional treatment. From initial booking to walking out was very simple. My beautician was Sonia and she was very professional and went above and beyond all expectations. Cant wait to go again.
