I was having my perm redone as the first one didn't work. Natalie was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through every stage of the process and taught me how to care for and style my new hairdo. This is my second treatment (cut first and now a perm) at this salon and definitely not the last! The customer service is exceptional and the all staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Phil is the best stylist. She did my hair for my bridal hair a trial was wonderful. I see her as a true friend and family so amazing I feel connected more. I feel so much more relaxed and offered a drink as I feel like I’m in the treatment spa in the salon. Phil did a fantastic job on my hair trial in exactly what I wanted perfect hair for my wedding and it succeeded 🥰🩷

I had a 5 hours treatment this afternoon and cannot fault her one bit. Absolutely fantastic what she's done to my hair. Her salon is clean and so welcoming and I would recommend it to everyone 😊

Devin was excellent, she explained what she was going to do the whole way through my treatment. She gave me lots of tips and she was very friendly. This was my first visit, I am very happy with the service and cut given and will be back.

All staff were welcoming, friendly, listened to exactly what restyle I required, and made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. Excellent range of products available, and staff were incredibly knowledgeable around treatments.
