Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

Anita is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind and knowledgeable, especially since this was my first peel! I had some sensitivity (as expected) and she ensured I had enough moisturiser and gave me a soothing face mask to take away. I've booked the 3x facial bundle and will be coming here for future facial peels!

I tried the Korean Blue Peel, and let me tell you.. it’s been a game changer for my oil control and acne. I’ve been going through a tough time lately, dealing with stress and persistent acne despite being in my mid-20s. I was initially skeptical about the Blue Peel since I’ve tried so many peels in the past with little improvement, especially for my oily skin. But this one is different! After just two sessions, I’ve noticed my acne is more manageable and significantly reduced now. I plan to continue with monthly sessions because the results have been so encouraging. This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

I had my third Algae Peel today with Adeline. The experience as always was relaxing and healing. This is only the start of my skin journey and already I've seen huge improvements making me feel confident. Adeline has been supportive throughout and is very approachable and knowledgeable. She creates magic with her hands and I'm so glad I found her 🤍

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish.
