Gaby was brilliant, the treatment room was so nicely designed, it was clean and welcoming, Gaby spent time explaining the treatment and reassuring me as Ive never had a face peel type treatment. Had a great experience today. The staff truly pays attention to client needs, she saw on my form that I suffer from arthritis and recommended switching to a Swedish massage instead of deep tissue, explaining why it would be gentler and more beneficial. I felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterwards. ​The room was a bit warm in the first half because of an issue with the AC remote, but overall, the service and treatment were fantastic.
