I visited Arte Nova for a massage today- it was super relaxing, I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Lauren was really welcoming and lovely. Already looking at what else I can get booked in! The treatment room was beautiful and had the most calming atmosphere. I would fully reccomend to anyone and can't wait to come back already! A little gem in High Barnet!

Lovely facial - skin feels amazing and looks much fresher and brighter. Such a treat to lie and be pampered for an hour including a really relaxing arm and shoulder massage. I had a two hour Thai Oil massage - which my therapist Zina tailored to my need. I have particular back pain which would require medical care - Zina worked with pull, stretch, deep tissue and manipulative techniques - focusing on my back (but a whole body massage), to better my very stiff lower back, neck and shoulders. Zina worked on some fatty tissue (formed as a harmless lump about 3cm wide - which I have had for a few years) - it was painful whilst working on it - but surprisingly it's now disappeared. The treatment was thorough and Zina put a lot of hard work and concentration in.

The massage itself is very good and I liked the therapists. I have a note to the management though. Can you please consider adjusting the sound system in every room? It would be better if every room has its own control over music. For me, it’s hard to relax when music is loud and it ruins the entire experience. Or even perhaps cover the dynamics so the sound can be muted? Thanks.
