As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. Treatment include botox, micro needling, vitamin B12 and a chemical peel. Thank you Suki for making me feel so good

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I had such a lovely experience getting my pedicure, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The space was clean and calming, and everything was done with so much attention to detail. Vikram was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took her time to do everything perfectly. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work — my pedicure turned out absolutely beautiful!

10/10 — The microneedling and chemical peels training with Sarah was perfect. Her knowledge and teaching style made everything easy to understand and apply in practice. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Very satisfied with the full face laser treatment. The procedure was quick and almost painless, and I can already see that the hair is growing back slower. My skin feels smoother and without irritation. I definitely recommend it 😊
