I've tried a few infrared saunas around Melbourne and Nimbus is my favourite - lovely designed setting, super friendly staff and a great sweat. I'll be back!

My partner and I visited Norbu for a couples massage. We have Bella and Clara and this was the best massage we have had. We also visited then during a promotional period and so it was even more value for money. We alsp enjoyed the infrared sauna for 40mins after the massage. Towels,hair tie abd bathrobes were provided and the vibe of this retreat was 10/10 so we left feeling really relaxed and satisfied

I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere and experience of the infrared sauna with My Recovery Lounge. Service could be better. It was our first time I would like our host to have more knowledge on the experience. I had questions that didnt feel answered or clear.

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

Both the infrared and traditional sauna facilities are absolutely amazing! The traditional is my favourite of the two I definitely recommend visiting and doing in addition with the ice bath♥️

Absolutely magical experience. From the moment I walked in, Di’s warmth and charisma made me feel completely at ease. The massage was intuitive and deeply restorative, it felt like she could read exactly what my body needed. One of the best I’ve ever had! Combined with the sauna, I left feeling lighter, looser, and so much more aligned. You can tell Di pours her heart into her work. She’s a true healer- skilled, generous, and sincerely caring. Can’t recommend her and her space enough!

First time coming to gentle recovery, and the experience was really great. I did the infrared sauna and cold bath. First time doing the cold bath, and left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Coming back tomorrow and taking a pal to experience it too!

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

Awesome place Clean and organised and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful Lots of ways to aid recovery Rehab and increase your health and longevity & The best infrared sauna i have used !

We had three people in our group and we were looked after by Liz for the afternoon, she is so friendly and accommodating - we all had a great time! Everything was new to us - we did the floatation therapy pods, infrared sauna/ice bath and the oxygen chamber. We even got some awesome dinner recommendations nearby from Liz which were super helpful and also ended up being delicious!

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

I can recommend the infra red sauna, it’s a great way to relax and detox.

The owner was fantastic and so helpful! It was my first time doing any of these treatments and she was so knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. I love LOVED the full body LED and will be back to do that again, the single person sauna wasn’t for me, however i’d love to try the infrared sauna where you can sit up and play music in the future! The float tank was an experience, however probably wasn’t for me. Will be back in the future, such a lovely, clean, tidy space, I felt very relaxed after! Looking forward to my next LED.

I recently had a massage and sauna session, and it was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I felt completely relaxed, with much of my muscle tightness relieved. My skin felt refreshed from the sauna, and my body felt lighter and more balanced overall. I would definitely recommend this type of session to anyone needing stress relief or muscle recovery.

I have been using Sunlighten AU saunas over 5 years. Kalm springs is a beautiful, tranquil place. Its soft neutral colour palette upon arriving and the lovely host walked us thru Kalm Springs showcasing the cold plunge , floating bath and Sunlighten au saunas. The rooms to the Saunas have a beautiful heavy curtain and the ceiling is open for the sauna experience. This will be my weekly retreat for my body to recover.

I had a fantastic experience at Newleaf spa The massage was expertly done, relieving all my tension, and the sauna was clean and relaxing. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend for a truly refreshing and rejuvenating time!

Have come to rely on my weekly Infrared Sauna for muscle relaxation and to soothe the inflammation I feel in my joints. Added bonus after 12+ visits, the deep blackheads on my nose are clearing. Simple thing but huge additional benefit.
