It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.

I just wanted to leave a review for Safa. I usually have a different practitioner who I love and got so used to but was unavailable today. This meant I had safa. At first I was apprehensive, as I never had her before and felt nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and targeted all the areas I needed with time and care. I’ve just had my fourth laser session with Safa, and it was our first time actually meeting but it genuinely felt like we’d known each other forever. She is so lovely, warm, and reassuring, and you can immediately tell she really knows what she’s doing. Even though the machine was on the highest level, I honestly didn’t feel a thing.
