An absolute 10000/10 experience with Makayla! I was nervous going in and requesting for short bangs, but Makayla was so amazing at being reassuring and checking in with me as she cut them. She left them a little longer, styled them and asked if I wanted to get them shorter (and to my surprise, I asked her to take a bit more off). My haircut turned out better than anything chatGPT could’ve put on me. I can honestly say she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever received in my life. I came to get my hair cut professionally for the first time! I read reviews saying Nikki is a great hair dresser so I specifically booked with her! I was pleased with the outcome. I had asked for lots of layers that frame my face and I got exactly what I wanted! I had also asked to test if I was allergic to hair dye for future appointments and they were able to do that! I'm a happy returning client to Trap Queen Salon. I love the work Andrea does. She always does a great job taking care of my hair and achieving the colors I request. She checks in frequently if the color is to my liking and what she is doing before she does it. I trust her with my hair %100! The salon Is beautiful, clean, organized and spacious. I personally like all the plants and the natural sunlight from the large windows in the room. I get the sense that everyone who works here loves their job and are passionate about what they do.
