Jess is such a warm and welcoming soul, we met for the first time, as my beloved hairdresser recently moved to the Sunshine Coast. Jess did some super highlights for me, if you see the before and after pics, you’d agree that she worked so well to create exactly what I asked for and more than I could ever hope for. I am so grateful for my renewed hair, and feel so refreshed and relaxed after being in her lovely care and company. I met a lady called Monica who was so friendly and we spoke with so much joy and enthusiasm too which was so lovey being made to feel so welcome.

My first visit to Snowbear Hairdressing in Wesfield Hornsby today was a very lovely experience. Alana was my hairdresser. She conducted herself in a very professional and courteous manner. I had half a head of foils done and she did a great job with the colour and cut my hair very nicely too. She took care to listen to what I wanted and did her best to accomodate me. It was refreshing to be treated with such respect and care. I look forward to my next appointment with Alana at Snowbear Hairdressing, Westfield Hornsby!

Hassan is a perfectionist!! Never in a hurry or looking to finish off things so he can attend to the next client. Perfect colour selection the copper and pink came out really nice. Just had the roots redone this time. I had to change my appointment due to a sudden family injury so the app was fantastic to change the appointment and not having to worry about waiting until opening time to ring and change from the next day to the next week. Very happy with my hair the lovely service, the price, and the convenience of the app.
