From the moment I sat down, she took the time to really ask what I wanted and listened carefully. She was incredibly kind, meticulous, and thoughtful with every detail. I also really appreciated that I never felt pressured to chat the entire appointment — it was such a comfortable and relaxing experience. Shaun was friendly and made me feel welcome. He listened to what I wanted and took great care to cut my hair the way I had asked. I was very happy with the result. Afterwards I had a snack at a nearby bakery. Fort Langley is a charming destination in and of itself, which adds to the experience of visiting The Fox and The Fawn.

Cutest place and best service! Shaun has been cutting my hair for years so when he made his way to Fort Langley I of course has to drive out from Vancouver to support. Shaun and Jacqui have the most adorable family and the effort and love put into their new place shows as soon as you walk in. If you live in Langley this will definitely be your new favourite hair salon and if you live farther away and want to check out the adorable streets of Fort Langley, I highly recommend making the trip and getting your hair cut/coloured by some of the best!

The space is cozy and inviting, and the one-on-one attention she provides really makes a difference. New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

My mom had the most amazing experience at Eleven Studio Langley with El! 🌸 In the past, she had K-tip extensions done somewhere else and it was a terrible experience, so we were a bit nervous going in. But El was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to us. She recommended nano extensions, and honestly, the difference is night and day. Not only do they look and feel so natural, but my mom feels beautiful, confident, and truly herself again. 💕 We are so grateful for the care and attention El put into making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend it

I can’t say I thank-you enough. My first visit was a consult, 2nd visit was a full day of colour correction/balayage/root blend to get rid of the bleached yellow/gold/blonde/grey damaged hair, 3rd was a root touch up/cut and WOW!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair! Elena has the most beautiful salon and is equally as beautiful inside and out herself. She is always so positive and knowledgeable and uses the best products. She truly loves what she does and it shows. My hair is so healthy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Elleven to anyone.
