From the moment I sat down, she took the time to really ask what I wanted and listened carefully. She was incredibly kind, meticulous, and thoughtful with every detail. I also really appreciated that I never felt pressured to chat the entire appointment — it was such a comfortable and relaxing experience. New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.
