This women is the queen of colouring hair! Takes her time & allows everything to process as it should. Fantastic at all aspects of colouring and has all the knowledge. You feel in safe hands and would 100% recommend. Once you’ve seen Maria you won’t go anywhere else! Absolute find in Norwich xxx

This was my third visit to Ineida to have a hair botox. The hair botox has allowed me to try more styles and be more versatile with my afro hair. Before I was stuck doing the same style, my hair wasn't getting any longer and I struggled to moisturise it. Now my hair is in the best condition, longer, softer and more manageable! I had a great experience with Amber! She did my hair beautifully, and the colour turned out exactly how I wanted. She was so gentle throughout the appointment, and her communication was excellent. Amber really listened to what I wanted and was honest about what to expect. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely recommend her!

Bryony is such a lovely lady. So professional and so calm and I think I would trust her with any procedure. I came back for maintenance filler and Botox, my last procedure was two years ago. Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I have been going to Simi for a few years now and can only say good things about her work and her as a person. She listens to what I want and offers very sensible advice. My hair is healthy and in great condition thanks to her. She is great with colours and cuts but also has a very warm personality.
