Really great visit to the salon yesterday. There’s always a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and great vibe with the music. Alix as always superbly looked after me with refreshments and took great care over my hair and ensuring the choice of colour was right for me and only on the right amount of time. Lovely smelling treatments and a great blow dry afterwards. I’m super delighted with my hair and looking forward to going back.

Loved the stylist; she was really friendly and did a great job on the trim and layers. The treatment felt really nice and restored my hair to healthy again, would definitely recommend it!

Just been to the salon for the first time today. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Summer did a beautiful colour on my hair, its the best colour that I have ever had with hiding my grey roots and she excelled in achieving this. I felt like Ii had known her for ages, the conversations flowed. 5 star treatment from a 5 star salon. Thank you Summer, I will be back 😄

My waxing treatment was really good! The whole place is very clean and calming. Best place I’ve been to for a wax for sure, especially after the lockdown I needed a good treatment! The lady who did it was very sweet she was gentle and made sure all hair was gone!

Jodie did a fantastic job on my hair! So pleased with the cut, treatment that was recommended & the bouncy blowdry finish! Such a great experience on my first trip to the salon, belated birthday treat!😊 it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer! The salon is absolutely stunning too! you’re smashing it! Best hairdressers around for sure!💛xo

I absolutely love getting my hair done here, however, this time I was a little nervous as I was having balayage colour treatment for the first time with a haircut. I have to say Brooke did an amazing job and my hair looks absolutely fabulous!! A beautiful salon with incredible service and really great personalities. What a treat!! Thank you Flappers and Gentlemen and a huge thank you to Brooke!!! A very happy customer!! Xxx

I had my hair done with josh for the first time and he made me feel very welcome and at ease during my appointment, he offered top quality service, the full princess treatment… he even brought my tea on a tray with biscuits. I left the salon feeling the best I’ve ever felt after having my hair done, my hair looks and feels the best it has EVER looked. I would 100% recommend everyone to come to Josh for their hair if you would like to leave feeling like a princess!

Ellie is the person I’d trust with my hair treatments, best in the business and genuinely an amazing person. 10/10 always!

it was my first time visiting The Guild Rooms for a treatment for myself. I booked in for a bouncy blow dry with Neesey, and I will definitely book again! I asked for it to be pin curled as my hair doesn’t hold very well, Neesey made sure all pins were secure and the end result was beautiful! Neesey was also so fun to talk too, I think I laughed through the whole appointment! Great fun, great curls… all in all a happy customer.

Phobe is the best hairstylist I could ever wish for! She always listens very carefully to how I’d like my finished look to be, taking into account my hair condition and explaining what will happen at each stage as she appreciates the anxiety I feel when having my hair cut. I am also given hints and tips on how to help look after my hair in between appointments and I was lucky enough to experience a fabulous free hair treatment and massage which was amazing making me feel better and my hair feel incredible thank you!

My hair desperately needed some tlc and it now looks and feels beautiful. It was dyed to a lovely tone, with a treatment to revive the condition of my hair and a stylish cut which makes my hair look fresh. Lovely staff and service, can’t wait for my next appointment.

Josh is a very talented stylist and always makes my hair look amazing every single time. However, this is not just the reason I continue to go back to the salon. The level of service is always top tier, Josh is bright and funny and always up for a giggle whilst simultaneously doing hair wizardry. This is the longest standing relationship I’ve had with a stylist and I don’t plan on finding a new one any time soon. I highly recommend him!

Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!
