Really great visit to the salon yesterday. There’s always a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and great vibe with the music. Alix as always superbly looked after me with refreshments and took great care over my hair and ensuring the choice of colour was right for me and only on the right amount of time. Lovely smelling treatments and a great blow dry afterwards. I’m super delighted with my hair and looking forward to going back.

Excellent! Really cared about my hair, listened to what I wanted and gave great aftercare advice for my hair. Love the cut and styling too. I cannot recommend the Glenfield salon enough. 5+stars!

I absolutely love getting my hair done here, however, this time I was a little nervous as I was having balayage colour treatment for the first time with a haircut. I have to say Brooke did an amazing job and my hair looks absolutely fabulous!! A beautiful salon with incredible service and really great personalities. What a treat!! Thank you Flappers and Gentlemen and a huge thank you to Brooke!!! A very happy customer!! Xxx

My Stylist Robyn was genuinely so lovely. She was very professional and worked very hard to achieve my hair goals after I showed her images from Insta (!) she instantly knew what direction she wanted to go in with it. She was attentive and calm and very assuring. Robyn has more experience than many stylist’s at her age and she really takes pride in her strengths. I love my hair and she did a fantastic job of correcting the absolute mop i had on my head. Thanks

Just been to the salon for the first time today. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Summer did a beautiful colour on my hair, its the best colour that I have ever had with hiding my grey roots and she excelled in achieving this. I felt like Ii had known her for ages, the conversations flowed. 5 star treatment from a 5 star salon. Thank you Summer, I will be back 😄

I had my hair done with josh for the first time and he made me feel very welcome and at ease during my appointment, he offered top quality service, the full princess treatment… he even brought my tea on a tray with biscuits. I left the salon feeling the best I’ve ever felt after having my hair done, my hair looks and feels the best it has EVER looked. I would 100% recommend everyone to come to Josh for their hair if you would like to leave feeling like a princess!

it was my first time visiting The Guild Rooms for a treatment for myself. I booked in for a bouncy blow dry with Neesey, and I will definitely book again! I asked for it to be pin curled as my hair doesn’t hold very well, Neesey made sure all pins were secure and the end result was beautiful! Neesey was also so fun to talk too, I think I laughed through the whole appointment! Great fun, great curls… all in all a happy customer.

Absolutely amazing as always! Shannon has been my hairdresser for 12 years, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Always fixes my diy fails, and I always come out of the salon feeling like a new person! The best at extensions, even with my difficult thin hair. Highly recommended!

Went to have my nails done by della. She did incredible, & Josh was also incredible he was with a client having a conversation with her but included the conversation with me also. Della & Josh were very professional, the little hideaway cleanliness wise was so clean I will 100% be returning for nails & hair

Friendly.staff and environment.. Nails on point, however not a fan of the tall chairs - not very comfortable to sit on while having treatment Pura was wonderful as well.

I went to Josh's Hair Hideaway knowing I wanted to change my colour from blonde and go back to my natural colour but was unsure how to achieve it. Josh advised me with different options & explained everything in fine detail making sure I understood how he was going to achieve a different colour/ look. I was absolutely blown away with my new colour. Thank you so much Josh, I love my new colour ❤️

Two lovely sets of treatments with two great therapists. Geanina was really lovely and left my hands and feet feeling fab and Jo gave the most relaxing foot and hot stones massage ❤️
